This speckled tumbler has a matte finish on the outside and a glossy finish on the inside and holds 10-12 oz of liquid. The body is individually made by hand on a potter’s wheel and the glaze is applied by dipping which makes finish variations; it appears more opaque and white where the glaze is thick. After firing manganese in the clay body appears as lovely freckles like quail eggs. There are some finish variations; some have more speckles than others. There are also some dimensional variations.
