This speckled espresso cup and a saucer has a matte finish on the outside and a glossy finish on the inside and holds 3.5-4.5 oz of liquid. The body is individually made by hand on a potter’s wheel and the glaze is applied by dipping which makes finish variations within the piece; it appears more opaque and white where the glaze is thick. After firing manganese in the clay body appears as lovely freckles like quail eggs. Saucer is 4” in diameter.
