A one-of-a-kind wheel-thrown vessel in dark brown stoneware in a waxy glaze, fired in an electric kiln at 2200F.

This piece is from the Dotsonpots series. As a furniture and lighting designer as well as a ceramic artist I often use 2-d mediums to describe 3-d objects. With Dotsonpots I wanted to achieve the opposite.Please visit the project page here for more about the collection.
